Jefferson Science Associates Committees

Committees of JSA The Board has established committees to assist in carrying out its responsibilities for JSA's management and operation of the Jefferson Lab. Except for the Compensation Committee, all committees are advisory and committee decisions are subject to the approval of the Board. All committees are chaired by members of the JSA Board of Directors, and include other Directors and other voting members, as determined by the Board. Except for the JLab Director, who is also the JSA President, employees of the Jefferson Lab are not members of the committees, but will serve as called upon, as resources to the JSA committees. The JLab Director, as well as officers of JSA, serve as non-voting members of committees, as determined by the Board.
